Academic Programs

Christian Bible College of Baton Rouge offers the following programs:

Bachelor of Religious Education (B.R.E.)

A 4-year degree requiring 120 credit hours across courses such as Christology, Homiletics, Hermeneutics, Old and New Testament Studies, Ethics, Church History, Angelology, and more.

Master's Degrees

Advanced theological training through the Master of Theology and Master of Christian Education programs. Includes courses like Biblical Hermeneutics, Greek, Church Administration, Systematic Theology, and Thesis research.

Graduate Specialist & Doctoral Programs

Graduate Specialist programs include Research Writing, Biblical Prophecy, and Apologetics. Doctoral programs focus on Dispensation, Synoptic Gospels, and Dissertation research.

2-Year Certificate Programs

For clergy and lay leaders already in ministry but with limited theological education. 60 credit hours with courses such as Homiletics, Speech, Ethics, and Old/New Testament Surveys.

Independent Study Courses

Students may complete guided Independent Study courses each semester. Topics include leadership studies, church program development, world religions, and comparative theology research.
